Returns

You may request to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain products, such as clearance items or personalized/custom orders, may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, contact us within the 30-day window.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
